First of all thank you if you have chosen me as your wedding photographer.  This page is here to give an insight into the process of booking, right up to the final steps when you receive your finished photos / album.  Hopefully this will shine a little light on the process.

Pre-booking

• On initial inquiry I will have responded with my availability, along with my wedding photography brochure, with full pricing included.
• When you have decided you are happy to go ahead and secure your wedding date you will choose one of my wedding collections.
• I will then forward a link to my online wedding photography contract.  
• A booking fee of £500 secures your date (paid via bank transfer). 
• I will then forward a PDF file via email stating your chosen collection, wedding details and a receipt of booking fee payment, along with your wedding contract.
• Now your wedding is officially booked and your date is in my diary! What happens now...

After booking

• If you are interested in an engagement shoot this can be added on.  You will receive a 1-2 hour shoot, plus all your high resolution images, available to download from your private online gallery.  I have a few favorite locations, such as Murvagh Beach, Giants Causeway, Slieve League and many more.  If you have a specific location in mind this can also be arranged.
• If you decide on having an engagement shoot we will then go ahead and pencil in a suitable date.
• Your remaining balance will be due to be paid 4 weeks prior to your wedding date.
• 4 weeks prior to your wedding date I will forward a pre wedding questionnaire via email.  You will fill out details relating to timings, the photos that are important to you etc. It is all online so it is really simple.  The purpose of the questionnaire is so that I have a full understanding of timings and what is most important to you both.
• Once you have sent the questionnaire back I will give you a phone call on the week of your wedding to run through everything and draw up a photography timeline.  This phone call is always a the week leading up to your wedding date.  I take each wedding at a time, so the phone call will be carried out when your wedding is my next upcoming wedding.
• Now it is time to get married!

After wedding

• Now I have all those special moments captured, I will arrive back to the studio and back up the back up of your wedding photos. Note* With my cameras there are two memory card slots, card number one is saving your images and card number two is continuously backing up all your images.
• Generally within 7 days after your wedding I will share a sneak peak of a selection of images with you both (this can be earlier or later depending on my schedule),
• Your wedding will now be in an editing q.
• Like most self employed people, I work 7 days a week, so I will be working hard to get your images to you asap. A 12 week turn around at the latest. You can jump the q for an additional charge.
• If you have chosen an album you will select your favorite images via your private online gallery and from that I will create your wedding album (this is all done online).  You will be sent a proof of each page, so there are no unwanted surprises related to your wedding album layout!
• Your wedding album again can be collected in my studio, or posted directly to your address.
